Registration Instructions:

1. Send $100 check to:

2. Send e-mail to hgyfsw@gmail.com with player's name, shirt size and pant size.

2. Print registration documents, fill them out and bring them to equipment pick-up along with a copy of your insurance card or e-mail to hgyfsw@gmail

4. Optional - Order game jersey. The game jerseys will not be ordered until after equipment pick-up.

Refunds for registration are not permitted after July 1, 2025.
