Hazel Green Youth Football (HGYF) is a youth tackle football team that is open to all Southwest Wisconsin 5th and 6th graders (grade in fall of 2026).

Can register anytime during the season.
HGYF will provide helmets, shoulder pads, practice jersey, and pants w/pads. There is the option to buy game jerseys with names on back for those that don’t already have one for an additional cost of $50.00. (This is optional!)

Tentatively Saturday, July 25th 10am to noon at the Hazel Green Rec. Park – Equipment pick-up
Monday, August 3rd – 1st practice – Hazel Green Rec. Park
