Hazel Green Youth Football (HGYF) is a youth tackle football team that is open to all Southwest Wisconsin 5th and 6th graders (grade in fall of 2025).

Cost - $125; Game Jersey (optional) an additional $50
HGYF will provide helmets, shoulder pads, practice jersey, and pants w/pads. There is the option to buy game jerseys with names on back for those that don’t already have one for an additional cost of $50.00. (This is optional!)

Tentatively Saturday, July 26th 10am to noon at the Hazel Green Rec. Park – Equipment pick-up
Monday, August 4th – 1st practice – Hazel Green Rec. Park
